MAN KILLED, 2 INJURED IN ROLLOVER CRASH ON O STREET IN LINCOLN
Lincoln, Nebraska (November 3, 2019) – A man was killed, and two other people were injured Friday night in a head-on collision in Lincoln, according to a local news source.
The crash happened around 11:40 p.m. on November 1, on West O Street between NW 40th and NW 48th streets.
Officials said an SUV was heading westbound when it crossed the median and collided head-on with an eastbound pickup truck.
The impact caused both vehicles to rollover.
The SUV driver had to be pulled out of his car by the firefighters. He was declared dead at the scene.
Two other people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
