CONNOR FRILLMAN KILLED IN MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT AT 72ND AND WESTERN AVENUE IN OMAHA

Omaha, Nebraska (September 16, 2019) – A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic accident Monday morning at an Omaha intersection, according to a local news source.

The crash was reported shortly after 7:00 a.m. in the area of 72nd and Western Avenue.

According to police, witnesses said a motorcyclist was heading northbound when he ran a red light at the intersection and crashed into an SUV which had been westbound on Western and was turning onto 72nd Street.

The motorcyclist, Connor Frillman of La Vista, was ejected by the impact.

An off-duty firefighter performed CPR on Frillman until paramedics arrived.

Frillman was taken to Bergan Mercy where he later died.

The SUV driver, Gregory Heine, was uninjured in the crash.

Officers said alcohol was not a factor in the crash.

An investigation is ongoing.
