4 INJURED IN 3-VEHICLE ACCIDENT AT HIGHWAY 275 AND 15TH ROAD IN CUMING COUNTY

Cuming County, Nebraska (September 21, 2019) – Four people were injured in a three-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Cuming County, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred at about 4:46 p.m. September 19, at the intersection of Highway 275 and 15th Road.

Deputies said a vehicle was making a turn into the driveway for Cottonwood Chimes. Another vehicle slowed down when a third vehicle entered the northbound lanes of Highway 275, going around the other two vehicles.

The third vehicle then returned to the roadway, clipped one of the other vehicles, crossed the centerline, and hit a pickup truck.

The three drivers and one other person were taken to the hospital for treatment.

The Cuming County Sheriff’s Office and the Nebraska State Patrol are conducting the investigation.
