3 INJURED, DOG KILLED IN TWO-VEHICLE CRASH AT 229TH AND WEST CENTER STREETS IN OMAHA

Omaha, Nebraska (August 25, 2019) – Three people were injured and a dog was killed Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash at an Omaha intersection, according to the officials.

The crash happened around 3:00 p.m. August 24, in the area of 229th and West Center streets.

Officials said two vehicles including a silver pickup truck collided for unknown reasons at the intersection. The impact caused the pickup to flip onto its side.

One person was given CPR before being taken to the hospital. Two other suffered minor injuries.

A dog was killed in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
