3 CONSTRUCTION WORKERS INJURED AFTER WALL COLLAPSES AT SCC-BEATRICE CAMPUS IN GAGE COUNTY

Gage County, Nebraska (October 5, 2019) – Three construction workers were injured on Friday after a wall collapsed in Gage County, according to a local news source.

The accident happened on Friday, October 4, at Southeast Community College’s Beatrice campus.

As per the report, the workers were on the site of a new multidisciplinary building being built on the central part of campus when a concrete wall fell, trapping them.

The workers were freed by the time rescue workers arrived at the scene.

Two workers were taken to the Bryan trauma unit in Lincoln with serious injuries while one other worker was taken to a Beatrice hospital.

An investigation is underway.
