2 INJURED IN MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT ON U.S. HIGHWAY 30 IN GIBBON

Gibbon, Nebraska (September 20, 2019) – Two people were injured Monday night in a motorcycle accident in Gibbon, according to a local news source.

The crash happened around 7:40 p.m. September 16, on U.S. Highway 30 at Gibbon Road.

NSP said a man was riding a motorcycle westbound on the highway when an eastbound Buick Enclave tried to turn left onto Gibbon Road, and the vehicles collided at the intersection.

The motorcyclist and his wife, who was a passenger, were taken to CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney where the wife was treated and released. The man’s condition was not disclosed.

The NSP is investigating the crash.
