ROBERT BOSWELL KILLED IN CAR ACCIDENT ON COAL CHUTE ROAD IN BUFFALO COUNTY

Buffalo County, Nebraska (October 18, 2019) – The man who was killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday morning in Buffalo County has been identified as Buffalo County,38, of Elm Creek, according to the authorities.

The fatal crash happened around 7:00 a.m. October 17, on Coal Chute Road, just east of Kearney.

Deputies said Boswell was driving westbound when he crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound cement truck.

Boswell was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cement truck driver was uninjured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
